Turning the Southbank red
I was recently booked for a fashion photo shoot in London's dynamic Southbank, organised by the lovely photographer Anastasia @anastasiaoss. The theme for hair and makeup was just the colour RED. Best skincare products! I often get asked "what are the best skin care routines and best products out there". Since working at Charlotte Tilbury as a certified artist I have become very biased towards her skin care products. My favourite product is the Magic Cream - it's gorgeous! This retails at £70, which, yes, is a little steep, but compared to other brands, it's really not that bad! I use Magic Cream every day as my daily moisturiser. LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION! I have always had a love for photography, that's why working in a studio environment feels so right. I studied photography at A-level and it's definitely helped me get the best out of my makeup designs. I understand all about composition, lighting and camera angles, as well as knowing what makeup reflects well for a camera and what doesn't! Harrods - MINI SUPERBRANDS FASHION SHOW I LOVED being part of the makeup team for this prestigious and fun event at Harrods. The whole idea was that VIP customers were invited to attend an afternoon tea in The Georgian tea room in Harrods. A fashion show then took place around the tables showing off gorgeous super brand clothing. The brief for hair and makeup was very natural and ‘beachy’, so that the attention wasn't taken away from the garments.
